This is a decent apartment complex with mostly college students (GaTech) and a couple of families and professionals sprinkled in. There are the typical apartment problems... minor insect issues, slow maintenance, unresponsive management (though they have recently hired one competent staff member... the manager is not good).

However, this apartment complex is in a fantastic location and rent is very cheap for the location. It is located in midtown just south of Peachtree St and just north of Atlantic Station. Rent for a two bedroom was $854. You cant beat that ANYWHERE in that area.

Its a very average apartment complex in a great location for the right price. Most of the people complaining in the previous posts are rich college girls who are used to swank digs.

Parking is an issue during the school year. No problem in the summer. Noise is what you would expect from an apartment, but it is RIGHT NEXT TO A TRAIN STATION (Amtrak and Freight). There are numerous trains/whistles each day. The grounds are throughly average... nothing special at all. Safety is not really an issue, as this is not a dangerous area.

The bastards are trying to stick it to me on the way out (typical of apartments w/vacancies). Tried to charge me to clean, when the place was dirty when I arrived (the management was incompetent and forgot to get the place cleaned before I got there).
