Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
Constant change in Management is a pain. The staff was extremely nice and helpful when I first moved in, but since then, they seem to thrive on the discontent of their residents. There is a sporadic crime issue, and the parking is the worst I've ever experienced. Your visitors will get towed, but everyone else's visitors are free to park in the spot that you pay extra to reserve each month.
