Its pretty quiet except for the occasional train. I have lived miles away from trains that were louder.
Maintenence may be a bit slow but the ladies in the office stay on top of things.
Ants are a problem there, but the whole neighborhood (houses, etc.) has a problem with this. They will spray which has been working well
The apartments are quieter than most as they used a lot of concrete on these buildings.
The parking is deplorable but in the location it is amazing there is a parking lot at all (try living in an apartment in D.C.)
