I previously made a posting in August of 2004. My overall review was positive, with the exception of my dis-taste for parts of management.
I want to say that in the past 6 months, management at Town View station has done a complete 180. If they read these postings, or whatever it was they did to make a change, good for them, they have done an excellent job. Management is quick to respond, efficient, friendly, and seem genuinly interested in satisfying the residents.
I have gone in to the office a few times in the last few months, intentionally to see them, rather than to call (such as drafting a new lease, or asking about moving from one apartment to another for more space), and as I said before, they are extemely accomodating.
They even have socials for the residents (none of which I have attended due to my schedule) and they have even put little small gift bags with candy and a note on everyone's doors at special holidays.
I am just really impressed, with the change they have made, I sign my new lease this month, and am happy to stay here.
Not to mention the new Atlantic Station is literally in our backyard here, I can't wait for that place to open.
