If you love your belongings don't move into this place. It might very well happen that some maintenance personnel (those who are given the keys to your apartment by the management) may walk away with your valuables. And the management will tell you "how do you know it is stolen, I am sure you misplaced it!! :)", that too with a big smile on their face. And when you ask them for help in finding out who entered your apartment, the response "yes we want to help, please call the police :). It is their job not ours" another big simle. This is what happened to me, with a really expensive digital camera and all my honeymoon pictures.
If you think this is just one bad case, maybe. But nobody gets there stuff stolen every day either, and if theiving happens without any signs of breakin, you know you are signing a lease for people to legally walk away with your belongings and for you to not be able to do anything.
Few facts about this place:
1. Their models look extremely good. The apartments are not.
2. The whole place is kind of breaking apart. For one whole week I would come back to find out that there is no water becasue the pipeline joints are bad.
3. The furnishing is really poor quality, you leave anything on it for 2 minutes and it gets permanently stained, not to mention they will want to charge you for that.
4. Parking is a major problem.
5. The management is very non-cooperative, some times hostile.
6. Be very glad if your apartment does not require too many repairs and cleaning in the first week of your move in.
7. Work orders usually take a week or two to process in approximately 5-6 phone calls, when every work order is promptly penned down.
What do they do when your bathtub is cracked and can potentially leak into the walls' they put a small patch on it and wait for it to re-crack in a few months.
