apathetic management coupled with overcharging the rent= don't live here

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
on 2 separate occansions within the same year, the staff either misplaced or didn't record rent checks that were personally handed to them. this resulted in a $150 "late fee", which is outrageous to begin with, especially since the mistake was their fault entirely. no effort was made on their part to rectify the situation.
on a side note, it took them a full 9 months to repair water damage in our apartment that was caused by the people above us.
