Expect to be ripped off since your water is not metered. I live alone and just paid an 80 dollar water bill. You get used to the loud trains and smelly area from it. Neighbors are all extrememly loud. What they show you is NOT what you get...my tiles are falling off, there is a bee hive near my porch, the cabinet "cork" is falling to bits, the dishwasher is broken, and you can smell whatever your neighbors cook. I thought it was ok at first, but it just keeps going downhill. And the security officer does not exist.
