In the year I have lived here this place has gone from bad to intolerable. As of late the new managment has allowed any and everyone to move in, and in turn has run off most of the decent people including myself. It took 6 months to get my cieling fan fixed and management cares nothing for it's tenants. The crime continues to grow as the property falls into disrepair. I have had my car broken into twice, and the police are here about three times a week in reponse to some "domestic" dispute. The parking is horrific and paying extra for a reserved spot is insane since you don't get to park in it over half the time. I would recomend sighning a lease here only to my worst ememy.
