I liked pretty much everything about living here EXCEPT for the prices. It is definitely priced way over what it is worth, and then the management will try to tell you you are getting a great deal b/c you are not paying "market rent", which is some inflated figure they dreamed up. The parking is a little tight, but the apartments are nice, maintenance is prompt, and neighbors are quiet & friendly. One huge inconvenience is that the power blinks off CONSTANTLY (only for an instant) so you are always resetting your clocks - I recommend having battery back-up for your alarm!

I agree about the power surges! I eventually unplugged my clock and use my cell as an alarm clock! I have also seen the dynamics of the property change. It went from super quiet to this f***er who always blows their damn horn instead of calling or knocking on the resident's door. There are quite a few wanderers in the parking lot, and the bass from the cars is so annoying. But hey, with the rent I'm paying (which is dirt cheap in comparison to everything else in this location), the location, and it is pretty descent, what can you do?
