My car was hit in the parking lot because it is the worse designed parking lot I've ever seen. I went to management but of course they just told me to call the police. I had to pay $800 to get it fixed. I know another resident who had her car hit twice already... (once by my friend) because it is just a hideously designed area.
The complex is not very well lit at all. The back side of my apt has a motion sensor light but it rarely comes on when I take my dog out.
Whenever I have needed something fixed they did send someone promptly however there is an ant problem in the winter that just will not go away.
I haven't had a problem with noise, but then again I don't think my neighbors make noise...they won't even look at me or acknowledge me when I pass them on the stairs.
The price is a bit much for the quality but I guess the location makes up for that.
And I do agree...the security guard does no exist. And the nonmetered water bill is a rip off.
