Issue 1: Recently the property management (9/1/06) changed and we were not notified properly. With the change our rent increased and a few complimentary services were no longer available (ex: free carpet cleaning upon renewal).
When our lease expired,the previous management failed to deliver our renewed lease prior to the transition of a new management team (even though we submitted our renewal prior to this transition), which in turn made our rent increase once the new management came on board. Long story short....we were not given the proper notification regarding these changes, in case we did not care to renew at a higher rate.
Issue 2: Management does not properly take care of property. The dumpster doors have been broken down for over a year now, which exposes the trash contents and this is an eye soar when friends and relatives visit.
Issue 3: Parking set-up in a complete nightmare. I don't know who came up with the parking structure, but if you get home at a late hour...you have to walk a nice distance to get to your apartment.
