New Management is no-cooperative

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
It uses to be a good place. One in three, I use to hear break-ins in the car. But still it is one of the safe and CLEAN place in midtown neighborhood at affordable price. There are some new apts in Atlantic station but they are 30% more expensive. But not any more after this new management.
The old management was co-operative and I was on single name basis with one or two of them. But three months ago, Conore group I think bought and THESe GUYS are GREEDY. There is no flexibility what so ever on their end. The new management, never misses an oppurtunity to point that old-management was too friendly and flexible.
