Anybody Thinking About Moving PLEASE READ!!!!

I am writing this because I feel that I should warn everyone before they make the same mistake that I did. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
1. Maintenence-I had them come out to my place about 7-8 times in a 6 month span. Problems ranged from no water pressure(which involved a pretty unprofessional ripping of my bathroom tile and making a caulk mess), to a leaking A/C, to no hot water, to no water at all. It is pretty safe to say that if you like having water ALL the time, this is not the place for you. They average about 1-2 times a month, sometimes more, in cutting off the water to the entire building because of pipes breaking. So its always an adventure in showering.
2. Safety-There was a span of about 2 weeks where there were 2-3 car break-ins. Like all responsible complexes, they are supposed to send out letters to the tenants saying there have been break ins. I am still waiting for the letters for those 3 instances. Though management did lie about sending them, yet 2-3 people I know that live there didnt receive them.
3. Management-This place treats you well up to the point where you sign the contract and they give you the keys. These people have utter disregard for their tenants.
4. Insects-At Townview, every time you go outside(hey, sometimes inside), you are in an animal planet adventure. I still think there are species of insect at this place that have yet to be discovered by scientists. But hey, some people enjoy coexisting with spiders, roaches, and anything else that the imagination can think of.
5. Contract-Please, and I repeat, please read your contract. You will notice that under the new management they are not including exit clauses. What does this mean' Well if you live there and are unsatisfied, you have no choice but to live out the duration of your lease. There is no way to get out of lease by paying a fee or anything.
6. Parking-If you drive anything larger then an electric car, then you will have a problem here. It is not uncommon to have to climb into my passenger seat to get into my car. This is not a problem for you people that have a bench type seat. After all who really uses their driver side door anyway.

To sum it up, if you think that water is a necessity and not just an option(for you everyday showerers), then dont live here. If you want to feel safe walking around at night, then dont live here. If you think you will be needing to break your lease because you cant deal with no water, broken A/C, no hot water, insects, or safety problems you need to stay away from this place. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
