This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in. I had 3 floods in a six month period. Yes I said 3. When I say floods I am not talking about water damage in one room, Im talking about coming home to the entire apartment under water. The maintenance man would try to repair things, do half the job and you wouldnt see him for a month. You would have call the emergency hotline to get him to come back. The appliances were all broken; dishwasher, kitchensink, bathroom sink (which maintenance broke) this took 3 months to fix. The toilet broke 2 times, the frontporch rails caved in on both side. The water would be cut off for a week at a time, without notice more than once. I could keep going on but I hope you get the point. I will end this with I had problems in my apartment but my neighbors apartment was worse and she was disabled. The other thing was I had 3 floods and was charged for carpet repairs from water damage when I left. When I 1st moved in we had to have renters insurance until all the bottom floor apartments in every building flooded. So the complex cancelled everyones insurance. Dont rent from townview station.

Plumbing/sewer issues can not be predicted nor prevented by an apartment complex. what you should judge the property on is how they clean it up and the time & energy they put into fixing it. The apartment complex was built in like 1990, of course a 17 yr old property is gonna have some issues. And I seriously doubt a community would cut off water for a week? That's a bit of a stretch...
