Yo!

Worst complex I have ever rented from

This is a PRIME location, but the new management treats the complex like it's in the ghetto. Poor maintenance, trash every where, the pool is empty and filthy. Siding on the buildings is rotting, gutters pulled away from the buildings, cable boxes with exposed wire (great for kids to play with), and a staff that acts as if they are doing you a favor by letting you live there. The new management has done nothing positive, they have let the buildings go and raised the rent. I live in a one bedroom apartment and pay $800 per month. Since the new management took over, the water bill has increased from a steady $45 per month, to $70 per month. When I complained they told me it is what it is, deal with it. If you are considering a move, DO NOT CONSIDER THIS COMPLEX, unless you want to be paying premium rent for ghetto accomodations. My lease is up early 2008, I'll be beating a path to another location you can count on that.

The Connor Group took over the complex in Sept 2006 and since then they have been working to re-model and improve Townview Station. They've added over $4,000 worth of new equipment to the fitness center. They are bringing in a Flat Screen plasma TV for the fitnes center. They just bought brand new wicker chaise lounges, a 7 piece dining set and grill for the pool area. If you live here, you can also see the crew that is currently working on the buildings. All the buildings are being pressure washed, having wood replaced and the entire complex is getting painted!! I can definitely see the improvements in the grounds and with the staff takig care of our community
