Honestly, it is an ok complex to live in, but overpriced for what little you get. It would be 100% improved if they just added a gate! On two separate occasions I paid my rent through the mail slot, but the "management" informed me later, that they never received my payment. Please make sure you hand your payment to them in the office. Mine were taken after I dropped them through the mail slot in the office door, and mine were not the only one's taken.
