my lease is finally over, thank god... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/6/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   overpriced, poor maintenance, awful management, badly designed parking lot, cheap paint jobs, very noisy, bad lighting, dull grounds, expired fire extinguishers, dog poop all over, in a nut shell try to avoid at all costs. staff is nice until 5 seconds after you sign your contract, then you see a whole new person. i don't know that many people, but i would say only a few people stay here more than one year. only good thing is location. i would like management to answer where the money is going to'
