My first year at Townview Station (2005-2006) was wonderful, it was managed by a totally different company and whenever I had a problem with my unit, they responded promptly. Unfortunately, when I resigned the lease, a new company stepped in and it has been PURE HELL ever since.This complex has the worst management in the world. There is literally only ONE maintenance guy that is supposed to fix everything and never gets to your apartment because he's "soooo busy" with other units. The individuals working in the office do not greet residents/potential residents as they walk inside, they are practically running to the back of the office to pretend as if they are busy doing something when they see people approaching the door. There is MOLD all over our apartment and has been for about six months now. Once again, the maintenance guy is working alone and never found time to come by and fix the problem. The hot water doesn't work from time to time, so I have taken countless cold showers (during the winter). The apartments themselves are pretty old, which prevented my roommate and I from getting Comcast Cable because we were told the wiring in the unit was too old and wouldn't work sufficiently with cable. The only thing that is great about this apartment complex is the LOCATION, the location is wonderful, but you can find places (inside Atlantic Station) that cost the same as Townview and are significantly better than this apartment complex.

So true. This company is horrible. They don't respond, they have major attitude and all in all, is the main reason why I won't renew.
