TRUCK STOLEN--gosh awful

I to am a female that feels unsafe in the parking lot at Townview Station. You take trash to the other end of the apt. complex and homeless people are digging aroung in the dumpsters. Management kept bugging us about when will we renew(every weekend for a month) our contract and demanding to know by the end of the day 7 days before time to renew.Leak in apt. fixed but maintenance did not have anything to clean up the mess with, get up the next day no water due to the fact someone elses apt started to leak and I was told they plumbing company did not have the material to fix the other leak and would not have it until 7:00 the next day. TRUCK STOLEN IN THE PARKING LOT. Do you think management was concerned about this' I had to call them and tell them about it at ll:30 the morning it was stolen and even called the office at 7:00 to report the incident. Swimming Pool' only has water in it for 2 months and then it doesn't look very clean. Was told the same thing about the work out room. Been here for a year and most of the equipment is torn up and not fixed in a timely manner. Big screen TV' They probably know that theives around here would take off with it in no time

LOL oh my they were dumb they actually put a screen TV in the work out room .Please that's a spare room they put some cheap ass equipment in.LOL They lie on the website and say they have covered parking,and a jacuzzi.The jacuzzi has flowers over it!!

I agree - this place is unsafe, especially for females. Got cat-called by a very sketchy neighbor across the parking lot repeatedly. And as if the parking lot were not scary enough, you get strange and bizarre bugs cavorting around your apartment, including the occasional roach. I have never, ever had any bug problems in any place I've ever lived, but this place is so old and poorly made, I think the interior walls must be infested.
