I have lived here for about a month and i am so ready to move. I wish i would have found these reviews before. Not only they dint give me the special i was promised but now i am stuck paying for water sewer trash and the common light they have in the hall way which never works. Its dark as hell out there at night and there are strangers and homeless people roaming around everywhere. The management doesnt care and you can never get anyone on the phone so you can talk to them. If they want the rent on time they better start fixing the stuff thats wrong in the apartment and also if you promise a new resident about a move inn special you need to give them the special too. Please if you every think about moving into these apartments please think atleast a 100 times before you make the decision. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

I moved in here last month and all these reviews about homeless people are bull$hit. There are a couple, yes. BUT YOU ARE IN FRICKIN' ATLANTA. Deal with it. The water bill is not bad, and bashing a place because you didn't get your special is childish.

Let the your car or apartment get broken into!! its not about being late !! its about wasting $$$ when in fact you can get more for your $$ and be SAFE !!! You idiot!!All the $$$ they make they could get a gate , a real gym ,a real pool with a jacuzzi like they lie on their web site and say they even have covered parking!! LOL..This place could be relocated to Bank Head Hwy...It soon will ...its going down hill trash ,and ---- everywhere!!Face the TRUTH !!! They also do half ass work .I cant wait until my lease is up!!! Section 8 dump!!JUST IN 4 MONTHS I'VE SEEN 3 DIFFERENT NIGHTS CARS WERE BROKEN INTO,AND JUST LAST WEEK AN ENTIRE GLASS DOOR WAS SHATTERED BROKEN INTO,AND CARS WERE BROKEN INTO AS WELL THE SAME NIGHT!!!,AND NOBODY HEARD IT???

I love it when management is obviously posting remarks to reviews. Seriously, folks - this place is pretty bad. Bugs, homeless people, sketchy people hanging out, no notification by management if a crime is committed, the few renovations are superficial and don't improve the old-as-hell interior you're going to get if you move in here. If you like ghetto ambiance, this place is for you. Oh and don't forget the lovely curse words spray-painted on the signs. I'm embarrassed to have anyone pick me up on a date here and scared to leave my place at night.
