I've lived at Townview Station apartments for the past eight years and I've only experienced problems with the property when the Connor Group took over and hired some shady employees to run their property.

A year ago, the property manager promised me a full upgraded kitchen (new cabinets, appliances and flooring) if I resigned my lease. She stated that she needed to go up on my rent in order to do this. So I resigned. A year later ... still nothing. So my lease is up now again and the new property manager said my rent is going up an additional $120 a month and she will *throw in* a stove and refrigerator. I've asked to negotiate the rent, because the area is convienent to my job ... but she said, take it or leave it.

So, I've been looking on Craigslist for a new place to live and funny thing ... my apartment is being offered (fully upgraded) for $200 cheaper than what they wanted to charge me.

If this is how they treat a loyal tentant of eight years, imagine how they will treat you ...

Don't do it. You can find a gated community near by that is safer and CHEAPER than Townview Station ... I sure did!!!
