I've lived at Townview Station for three years now. The first year I'd rate as average. However, beginning in year two, it has been all downill. Management has changed hands at least five times since I've been here. I pay far too much money for the tiny apartment I live in. You pay purely for location at Townview, as the apartments are some of the most uninspired designs I've seen. I signed on for a seconed year because my rent was only raised $10. Not doing my homework cost me going into the third year because they upped it by an additional $60. What did I get for my extra $60 a month...a god-awful new color scheme and the most assinine management that I have ever dealt with.

The apartment above ours began leaking down into ours two months into the third year. We had to live with a dripping ceiling and mold in our hallway closet for nearly a month before everything was corrected. I had to call and literally yell at them on the phone to be given credit for rent.

Luckily I am able to move out next month. Anything is better than this.

Also, the parking lot has literally the smallest parking spaces I've ever seen. This wouldn't be a problem for me because I'm not an idiot. However, everyone else who lives in the complex literally parks like a retarded three year old. I've had to climb into the car from the passenger's side door on numerous occassions.
