The grounds are great. Nice theater except the equipment needs to be updated which comes with a $25 fee. Two years ago it was free to rent out the Club room & theater. The manager took it upon herself to charge for the rooms. which were sometimes not in working order.The pool is a pretty spot, till u get the youngsters and college kids drinking and leaving it trashed. The living quarters are really nice especially if u can get one near the front where you can catch the view of downtown Atlanta. But here's where it goes bad. The office is terrible. They're very late to respond to requests, pretty rude. Looks like they're just nice to get the space occupied. The business center feels like a sauna. They've finally updated the computers but forgot to hook up the printer for which has been about a month now. Either way the grounds/apts are nice but if you want peace and quiet and great service from you leasing office then this is not the place.
