I've been living here for a year and have never had any problems. The management company has changed and I think they've done an excellent job. When I call for maintence they arrive immediately. The apartments are clean and nice as are the grounds and pool. I've read a review that said the pool gets trashed by the college kids, I've never seen that happen. The location is great, easy access to Buckhead and Midtown. Parking is never an issue for residents or guests, which is a big plus for me as I've lived in places which will tow visitors. Overall I would recommend this complex.
