Whatever you do DON'T live near the pool!! VERY noisy all day and all night! The complex turns the lights out at night but the kids party at the pool anyway. The college kids and their friends smoke weed and drink beer at the pool. Calling complex security is a waste of time. They tell you call the police. The police do come but not if they have another priority call. The parking' Terrible. You will walk a mile from the two parking decks to your apartment. Management changes with the wind. They have terrible attitudes but they are very nice before you move in. Beware of loud parties on the weekends and broken gates every week. Your safety is not important here.

i transferred to this property from california back in march when the new owners took over. coming from a really positive experience at an equity property in san diego, i thought i would try out one in atlanta. i know that equity is publicly traded, so i just found it funny that this person would suggest so many things about the way they run their business. i have had a great experience so far, and i have not had one maintenance or office issue thus far. i would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I moved here last August so wasnt here through the management changes this person mentioned. I have had zero problems, management is extremely responsive and no, i am not a member of staff here and have no incentive to write positive reviews.
