I am aware that the office staff monitors this site. They pose as residents and write glowing reviews after every bad review. Search this site for reviews on Lindbergh Place and Gables Lindbergh which are the former names of Tuscany at Lindbergh. The situation here has not improved much since my last review. The gates are finally fixed after being broken for over a month. Security is still non-existent and the crime rate remains high. Cars continue to be broken into on a nightly basis. There's a lot of non-resident traffic here and they seem to have no problem getting onto the property. The residents have complained about the crime, noise and filthy halls to no avail. It's time to move.

I live here and I hate to see someone bash a place when they show a valient effort to improve. YES, there have been some break ins over the last few years (just like any other place in Atlanta), but in the last six months they have made improvements such as security at night and recently put cameras in the parking decks. Yeah there are some small items I could complain about, but I do see an effort when I complain to make things better.

The last comment posted 4/23/07 was by management. (1) No resident complains about another resident complaining (2) what resident knows about break ins "over the last few years"? most resident don't live at a place for more than 1-2 yrs on average.
