You will want to live here! The staff is so friendly and so are all the residents. The gates keep non-residents out, but when the gates where down, there was security at the gate 24 hours a day. There is also god security in the parking garages so I've never been worried about my car. The maintenace staff has been helpful whenever I need them, even just for a light bulb...I've never had to wait. Tuscany is beautiful, close to downtown, marta, and just has a friendly staff and quiet environment..
