I concur with the previous review from 5/27/07. LOOK ELSEWHERE. I have lived here since February 2006. I can speak truthfully that this apartmanet complex is terrible. We havent moved because it was more trouble for just another yeat but I seriously regret that decision. Luckily we will be out within months!! The hallways and stairs are littered with cigarette butts, coke cans, beer cans. One week there was vomit in the hallway - I had to call TWICE to get it cleaned up. The grass areas are filled with cigarette butts and chicken bones that people throw off their balconies. NO ONE ever cleans up after their dogs around here. Since we have been here more than 10 cars have been broken into, even with "security cameras". Someone attempted to "pry" off one of our car door handles- there was nothing the staff could do they said. I completely agree that the staff is rude- they are also inept. I called to let them know they had lights running in an empty unit for over a week. I was told, quite nonchalantly, that was common for their model homes. I made a comment about energy conservation and you would have thought I spoke Russian. I ALSO agree- they close whenever they want- all of the time! Just recently I went in at 2pm on Saturday to have the closed sign on- she was eating lunch. I know I am venting but I am so sick of the staff, the people who rent here and the maintenance. It is pretty disgusting.
