Tuscany is very convenient, located 1 block from the Lindbergh MARTA station. There is plenty of parking and well lit, but there have been car break-ins. Heads up, some residents do drive carelessly through the property. Security sits in a car at night by the entrance. When the gates are broken, they usually take a few days to get fixed, and NO, security does not stand by them 24/7. The staff is nice, but sometimes promises things that do not get done. Mostly quiet, but on holidays and weekends people do have parties. The crowd is mixed, with college students to families. This is a great place to have a pet, with lots of grassy areas. More residents need to pick up after their animals. I lived by the pool which was a nice view and has a fountain, but sometimes can be noisy due to late partiers. This was a nice place to live and feels safe.
