I have only had one complaint and that is the person that lives above me. You would think that they have hardwood floors up there but they don't. One night it sounded like they were dropping large appliances all over the apartment. Another time it was 3am and they were building something......a little ridiculous I think. I wrote them a letter to basically tell them to stop and have respect for others. They stopped for a little while but then recently started back up again, this is usually at night when I am trying to sleep, I am also a light sleeper and get quite pissed off when I am rudely awoken. I finally decided to go to management and let me know what was going and they said that they would send them a noice violation notice. I am not sure if it was delievered or not, but I hope for the person that lives above me sake that they stop, or they will get evicted.
One other instance happened to my boyfriend. He was at home one day and some really strange guy came to our door and just started chatting with him, he told me that the guy made him feel really weird, so he went out and bought locks for all of our doors and windows, since we live on the bottom floor.
