I live here as we read. Its really close to GSU, like a 5 minute walk.
Now the bad
Its sketchy, the area is in no way the best.
The apartments dont have a kitchen, so that means no oven, no dishwasher. you get a sink, and one of those small refrigerators that cant hold much of anything.

The walk-in staff isnt bad, but the higher up management sucks, one of them in particular...you'll meet her.

There is no Parking, so i dont know where you'll put your car, i park mine at a local resturant where i know the owner, and its pretty much safe...(pretty much) granted its my worser of two cars, the other would be a target=)

if you just want a place thats cheap close, and you will just use it for a place to rest your head, and clean up, then perfect. But as a home, NO!.
Im in for a year of course, but since the price is reasonable 500-550 a month, then I might just move out and find a real place with a kitchen and secure parking earlier while continueing to pay rent.

Oh and you have to pay for laundry usage.
