Sacrifices must be made for Convenience

This place is nice in that its is a five minute walk to Georgia State and the Marta station is right across the street- that said there is also an actual train that comes by pretty often at night so that can be a problem as well as people on the street (and they are loud). I have even seen some hookers standing out...
I really liked that it was all mine, completely furnished, and utilities are cheap but, the area is scary because of the people in the area- I was actually followed in off the street. It is kind of the sacrifice that has to be made for proximity in the downtown area and Georgia State campus. The staff is very friendly all though they are sometimes not all that helpful. And the water is often shut off for full days!
