10. The leasing staff is inept and rude. Especially Christopher. He is the worst. Nothing like a snotty queen to make you feel unimportant.
9. If you don't mind having loud ghetto thugs as your neighbors, move here.
8. If you like rap music at 3:00 in the morning, you will love this place.
7. If you like to share 20 parking spaces with 56 other tenants, move here.
6. If you don't mind a little yelling and cursing from people fighting in the parking lot, move here.
5. If you don't mind feeling unsafe and witnessing crime on a regular basis, move here.
4. If you want a fitness center with constantly broken equipment, move here.
3. If you like being lied to constantly by the leasing staff, move here.
2. If you don't mind algae and creatures in the "sparkling" swimming pool, move here.
And the top reason:
1. If you have the choice of living at Ivy Chase or Fulton County Jail, choose the jail. At least it's clean and the cable works!
