Lets see.. what are the pros and cons on Ivy Chase Apartments....

I have been here only a month and Im kinda ready for my eight months to be over with.

Management is really good. I have some things in my apartment that have had to be repaired and they have been quick to get the maintenance guys out here. They are really nice and really seem to care about your needs.

The apartment itself is pretty nice.. even coming from Post Properties.. its still ok.
The only thing I hate about the apartment are the kitchen cabinets.. mine havent been painted over like the previous commenters was.. but they are still old and ugly. They have a nasty creme color with wood border.

I dont really feel safe here.. which is why I want to move. I have heard AND SEEN drug deals taking place in the short month that I have been here. Some people even have the nerve to sit out on their patio and smoke the stuff. There was a rape a week or two ago.. and no, they have not found the guy responsible. I get tired of ghetto.. and when I say ghetto.. I mean GHETTO people standing out in the parking at all hours of the night talking and yelling to their friends up on the fourth floor. The walls are thin, but at least I have a loud fan that gets rid of the noise coming from my neighbors tv.

I dont know. The apartment is nice.. yes..
Im concerned about my safety.. and the complex has too many wild people in my opinion.

Im going to try to enjoy my eight months and then move somewhere else.
