I honestly like Ivy Chase. It is filled with diversity, it's pet friendly, and my only complaint is the fitness room.

You have young, old, white, black, asian, hispanic, big dogs, little dogs, white collar, blue collar, and college students that reside in Ivy Chase. Management is nice and they have pick up & delivery dry cleaning!

You can't help but to hear people's music when they drive into the complex and past your apartment, that's everywhere! You can't help but to hear people talking on their patios if you have your windows and patio door open! It's an apartment complex, not a house. For people who don't want to be bothered by neighbors then don't move into a complex. You can't control how late people come in at night or early in the morning and the level of noise they make. It is not consistant and doesn't happen on a regular basis.

I would recommend it to anyone who wants the convience of Buckhead living at a fair price.
