A new management team took over this place and WOW what an improvement. They actually TALK to us instead of ignore us when we walk into the office. They’ve already made the front area of the place look nice with flowers and they’re painting and pressure cleaning this place which desperately needs it. I already spoke with the manager and he’s trying his best to clean up the riff-raff but a contact is a contract so if you have a problem let him know and he keeps a record of complaints and once that persons contract is up he’ll get rid of them.

This is very good news to hear because the property location and apartments are quite nice. It's very hard to find an apartment with a washer and dryer in it and this complex has them. We have found Victor and Rosalyn (managers) to be very service oriented and professional. We would recommend this complex to professionals looking for a great location. We hope the managers continue to discontinue contracts to residents that do not have the same standards we want reflected for this location. Keep up the good management Sawyer properties!
