Best in BuckHOOD... Fabulous Deals... INfamous apartments. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/30/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   Oh where to begin... I have lived here for seven months... All in all I feel very unsafe. From the rape when I first moved here... to the theft of a motorcycle... to the totaling of three parked cars one night by a stolen car... to the "local diversity" hanging out in the parking lot @ 1:00 a.m. playing their music loudly... screaming like idiots. Honestly I understand all apartments have their problems... but these are far worse and much more frequent. The apartments themselves are reasonably priced and well built. Any repairs were fixed quickly. However, the positives are not worth the constant annoyance of inconsiderate people. I do not recommend moving here.
