Yes! I lived at Ivy Chase before it was Uptown Buckhead and I liked it! YES! Kind of I guess. I had a few problems, but it's not the worst place to live. The location is great...you can walk to many different stores and not far from shopping, parks, restarants, and the GA.400/I-85 Hwy. there are plus and minus of every apt. The plus is the new upgrades in 2007-2008, and the -minus is the newly upgrade price! Ouch! I paid $690 until-2006, now in 2008 it's over $900 for the same apt (750 sq. ft.). Yes the management has changed a lot, but the customer service is still great!

Update 4/08--- "well I was not fully truthful about the apt. maintenance. I did have a few problems with water leaks, A/C issues, mild noise, poor repairs, and slow repair time." Crime is the same here as anywhere in Atlanta, I did not notice any major crime problems. Foot traffic was mainly residents walking to the many stores in the area. Parking can be a mild problem. No roaches or rodents, but a few other pest (tree bugs and weird multi-legged bugs)The entry and parking makes it easy for other residents to know your comings and goings. I posted some pics of my Apt before the upgrade and also the hole in my bathroom that took 3 mos. to fix. The property at the time was with different owners/company, so I hope the new owners/company will do better!!(Since you will be paying top dollar$$$$)

IN SUMMARY ---- Nice Apt if you get a really good special$ and for the location, but there are much newer and nicer properties for the money!--------Good Luck!
