This PLACE IS HORRIBLE!

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
JP Group must not be living in Ivy Chase, or they are the management. It is very dangerous, loud, and filled with drugs and criminals. The management is HORRIBLE. They care about collecting rent, and that is all! They are not responsive, uncaring, and disrespectful to the residents. I would stay very far away from this apartment complex no matter how cheap it is. You will be sorry if you sign a lease at Ivy Chase.
