I will be moving out of Ivy Chase soon and I am counting the days.
I have never felt safe in this apartment complex. Last year, after a resident was raped, the leasing office tried to smooth things over by telling other residents that they had heard the whole thing was just a rumor. Please!
As far as the noise level goes, it only gets loud around 9:30 - 10:00 pm, when all of the residents start to head out to the clubs. That is always entertaining to listen to.
Since the new management company has taken over, they have instituted a policy of refusing packages delivered to the leasing office for residents. This has created quite a hastel for me on several occasions.
Also, there is a severe problem with roaches...big roaches.
The moral of the story is to use common sense...you should be suspicious of any apartment with a fabulous location and cheap rent.
