Thanks management for the 5 out of 5 star post! It's so obvious that this review was written by management. I just think it's funny that they would go out of there way to write a nice review about themselves. I cannot wait until my lease is up!!! If you're a woman, be fearful! There are people loitering, noises, possible drug deals going on. There's no gate to screen who is coming and going. Management will not accommodate you or try to fix your problems. The place is a dump. You will be overcharged on your water bill, my bill this month was over 80.00, and i barely use the water. They'll tell you that the city of Atlanta is responsible for the charges, but it clearly states on the bill that Uptown is the one responsible. The rent is overpriced for what you get, a mediocre fitness center, crappy restrooms, ghetto neighbors, and did i say ghetto neighbors yet'

If you're looking for a place to rent, check out Post Chastain, Post Alexander, The Manor, or anywhere else but here! You've been warned! I've already checked out those other apartments that I've listed, and they're not much more, maybe even less then what I'm paying here, and they're a lot nicer too! The facilities are newer, cleaner, workout room is larger, gated entrance, mostly clean cut neighbors, responsive management/staff, trash is picked up at your door, nicer club rooms, and water bill is lower. Trust me guys, read most of the reviews on Uptown Buckhead, it's not a well run business, the reviews speak for themselves. The positive ones are usually written by management. I usually don't go out of my way to write things like this, but I feel it's my duty to the all the people looking for apartments! :) Good luck.

I think it is quite interesting that you post horrible statements about the management and the apartment, but you continue to reside at Uptown. Why not post yoour name and I will bet that the management will work with you to have you move to another place in Buckhead. If you don't like it, move.

Thank you for your honesty. I live at Tamarron in Vinings well actually Smyrna/Cobb, wish to be Vinings. And it is run about the same way. Maintanence is an issue, I had an overflowing toliet and had to plunger it daily and it took them over a week to come and do what I had already done. To this day, no snaking the toliet. Just asked me what had been dropped into the toliet by my 3 year old grandson. I can see moving into another Fogelman property would be a huge mistake. So I will ride out my lease at Tamarron and then move into another place. Mean while, I have time to investigate the communities. Again, Thank you for your honesty.
