Would never renew my lease... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/1/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I agree with all the other posts. Unless you work a job at night...I would never chose to live here. With being woken up at 3 in the morning by people hanging by the pool or running up and down the halls in the middle of the week, I get no sleep. And then when I want to relax on the weekends, there is a frat party down by our pool. I HATE this complex, I moved here because of the location and all the wonderful "amenities" they promised. The management has yet to deliver and on top of that they always make it someone elses fault that we don't have what was promised (i.e, the coffee bar, fax machine, TVs in the gym, the list goes on). The maintenance staff has to be called SEVERAL times to get anything done right and as far as the complex, my 4-year old nephew could have put it together better. I can't wait to move out of here.
