This is a wonderful complex in which to live. I understand that there hae been several situation that we have all had to deal with. But that is part of living in a brand new cmplex. Everyone that has moved here cant possibly say that they didnt expect any sights or sounds from the surrounding construction to affect them a little. Those things didnt appear overnight! If the noise is too much to bear then you should have thought about that before you moved. I feel that the people complaining about poolside noise need to get their heads examined! Did you expect it to be quiet during the summer around the pool' Have you ever been to a pool area' All of this should have been taken into consideration before you selected your apartment. No one to blame but yourself. As far as the managment staff, they are going through the same issues as all of us. With a brand new construction project things are going to come up. How can they prepare for these issues until they happen' Anything brand new needs to be broken in or adjusted, same thing with this complex.

Are you CRAZY? Maybe the MARTA noise bothers some but the main issue is that the majority of Tenants that live here are inconsiderate! They yell/scream off their balconies at 4 in the morning and trash the common areas! This is more than just a little 'pool noise' it's absolute disrespect for one's surroundings! I would think that with the outrageous rent rates here people would have a little bit more consideration!
