I just moved in and can ditto what everyone else is saying. I am so dissappointed. Every morning I wake to the sounds of noisy construction workers. All night I have to listen to my neighbor stomp across the floor and hear women call each other ------- and hoes.
In terms of management, the leasing staff couldn't get it together in terms of making sure our keys were ready when we moved in, telling us where to take our trash, telling us our mailbox number, and getting us all of the proper papers to sign, among other issues (and yes they do get confused about what "special" you've been offered). The apartment I live in was terribly put together. Screws for the door don't even go into the studs, they come through the wall and have split the wood. The worst thing is when our neighbors are drunk and throwing beers bottles from the balcony. I'm ready to move out!!!!
