Overprice
You can hear your neighbors sneeze
Fire Alarms going off every other week (faulty eletric)
Management looks the other way
Drug dealings
Security looks the other way have there own apartment with strange people coming and going at all hours of the night. They even have people over to do their laundry in the unit that security uses.
Excessive loud parties at the pool, EVERY weekend.
I had to finally had to pay to break my lease!
