Management is the Worst!

Maybe i'm spoiled because the management at Bryson Square was so much better, but Uptown Square's management is unimaginably terrible. The garages are filthy and dirty. I don't know why they can't do a nice sweep or pressure wash from time to time. The garages are so smutty that you can't see the lines to park between. Several times there has been trash in the garage or the stairwell that hasn't gotten picked up for days or weeks. (Hello' - Where is the cleaning crew') Also the secured entry system has been horrible. Not that i care about the security per se because creeps can always find a way in if they want to, but 1) they give us a big-ass badge card instead of the normal small clicker; 2) lots of times my friends have a hard time getting in because when they dial me, it just beeps loudly and i have to go downstairs to let them in, and 3) for about a month when they actually had the gate down, i couldn't get in because my badge card didn't work... and no matter what they claimed to try to do to fix the problem, they couldn't get it to work! So i had to park inconveniently the visitors' parking -- and i pay rent there! Well, i guess now they have technically solved the problem -- they just leave the gate open 24/7! And worst of all, and i don't know how common this is in the apartment community, but they don't provide a storage area in our apartments. So i have had to just put up a divider and a bookcase in my living room and just store stuff behind them. I have learned my lesson -- i'll make sure there's a storage area on the balcony next time i move... WHICH WILL BE AS SOON AS THIS LEASE ENDS!!! And worst of all, the management doesn't seem to care at all about these problems i brought up. And the corporate office doesn't either. I sent a letter to the corporate office, and the management from downstairs called me downstairs to talk about it. Well, doesn't that defeat the purpose of sending it to the CORPORATE OFFICE'''!! And with these problems, they refused to even give me a one-time discount on my rent! They don't care! To sum it up, they suck!
