To anyone who reads this...WARNING, THIS COULD BE YOU!!!
I am a previous tenant who apparently still owes upwards of $350 upon moving out. We left our apartment spotless and were told to leave our keys and cards in the drop box as conveniently nobody was available to check us out. Since that date we received a collections letter detailing items we apparently still owed. If anyone knows, dealing with a collections agency is no picnic. When you are ready to move out, do not take no for an answer, have someone walk you through.
As tenants we do have rights and I think somebody or many bodies should fight for those rights. Companies like this should not be allowed to take advantage of people. If you are experiencing and or have experienced problems like this and would like to do something about it, e-mail me at standwithme08@gmail.com.
This kind of poor management should not be allowed and we can make a change.

You have to watch the management like a hawk. They're horrible. I wish we could put signs out front warning people not to waste their time and money.

You should READ your lease...it says what to do. People are so irresponsible about being informed. They think management is supposed to think for them.
