Management seems to be getting worse. They are unprofessional, unresponsive and rude. I've called several times for service requests only to find out that the requests were never passed along to maintenance. Parking is not secure. My car was damaged in the garage and was told the property manager would call. He never did. I followed up a couple of days later and the manager could care less about the saftey of the residents. They open the office late and they close it early- and will lock the doors during the afternoon (when they are in there). The property grounds are not clean-- hallways are dirty and doors public areas are never repaired. Entrance into the building is easy. Many doors are always left open or remain unrepaired. Moreover, the construction of the property is not the best. You can hear through the walls, especially the train and the club. I loved the location, but that's the only attribute to this property. I would suggest others find a better rental unit in the area and stay away from Uptown Square.

I called the office to report vomit in three locations. They said, "oh no" then hung up. The vomit was never fully cleaned up and only partially cleaned up after three days.
