I was using the office computer and this is what I found. I cut and pasted this inter office email to myself and thought I would share it. This is very typical since they have a new manager that is never there!!!!

Good morning Justin! I hope your day is going well. The last few days have been absolutely insane with traffic and whatnot (we literally paid for that one day we were out!) But here's what you have missed: 1.Residents have complained about the parking in the Garson garage. They have stated MARTA riders/ retail visitors are parking on the resident's side (the arms are STILL up) which leaves them nowhere to park their vehicles. 2. Gary's computer is STILL out of order. As well as the business center. Can we please find some sort of solution to this ongoing problem' The resident's can not continue to use the office for their personal projects. 3. The postmaster needs to be contacted in regards to the postal person who continuously is mishandling the mail for our residents. Putting the mail in the wrong slots, not leaving the resident's package at the office but leaving claim slips in their mailbox, etc. 4. A month ago or so Comcast came out to reboot the internet and since then residents who were unable to access their WiFi from home have experienced difficulty since then, not sure if the is a networking issue on Comcast's equipment. 5. The TV in the clubroom is STILL needing repair. 6. Is it possible to get the office hour signage updated' It's been 2 months since we have changed our hours from 10 to 6 and people are frustrated when they read the sign and the door hanger says something different from the permanent sign. 7. The call center has been messing up BIG time! They're giving people the wrong info about availability, pricing, hours, etc. 8.The propane tanks are empty, can we get some petty cash to get them filled before the weekend' 9. Lorenzo called Controlled Access since the arm to the Morosogo parking deck is broken again (this makes the 7t 8th one this year-- they pretty much are running through the arm once a month since we have started putting them down!) Since the arm was broken resident's cards are not reading at the entrance to the building (first level) 10. Need a book of postage stamps--- ' 12. Is it possible to check all of our internet advertisements' You mentioned that you were updating the starting prices and there are a few that are claiming we pay ALL utilities. Yeah, I've lived here almost two years now and every one of those points are TRUE. I would NOT recommend Uptown Square UNLESS you get in at the LOW-INCOME rates. There is some value to that (especially the location). There is no way I would EVER pay market rates for Uptown Square. I am moving in 3 months.

I live at Uptown Square at present. Its a very convient location...at move in I was offered alot of amenities that are slowly moving away. Constanly the Staff is available for residents concerns, but there seem to be no support of the Staff from the upper management. Uptown Square is a good place to live, but they are not living up to the selling points that they offer at move in. My recommendation would be that management listen to their front line staff and take notice to the suggestons. The Manager is never available to hear the complaints of the residents...maybe if they had the support of a full time manager or even the support of the part-time manager,

yeah the only one that is ever there is Jennifer and Gary..they are the only ones that know what they are talking about and the only ones that have ever been a help and nice. Those 2 are the only ones i deal with when I come in. If they are not there I leave.

The BIGGEST concern we should all be worried about now is the fact that they fired every security guard that worked the area. We live next to the busiest marta stop and they felt security wasn't needed?!?!? We're now seeing the result. The place looks like crap, things are constantly broken, cars and apartments are seeing more vandalized property. UNBELIEVABLE!!!
