Our parking garage entry/exit door and floor tile @ the elevator lobby have been damaged/broken for over 3 months now. Every time we come and go from our home it feels like an absolute DUMP not exactly the impression I would like to have every day and CERTAINLY not what I am paying such high rent to put up with.

I addition, there is no longer ANY security on the premises because we now supposedly have cops living on site. This is absolutely ridiculous because I do not see ANY officers patrolling the apartments I used to see the previous security guards on a REGULAR basis. I wouldn t be so upset about this if things have not been RAPIDLY going down hill around here. We have had MANY instances of rude Tenants yelling/singing off of their balconies in our area at 4 in the morning. Our parking garage gate is broken for 2 or 3 days at a time almost EVERY week. We also recently had a vandal break all of the exit signs/emergency lights on one of our 3rd floor corridors (this has STILL not been fixed or cleaned up). This is ABSOLUTELY unacceptable.

Obviously the security cameras are doing nothing to prevent these things from being done and Uptown Square needs to either increase security or impose penalties on those that consistently damage public areas.

I will say that the office staff completely agrees with the overall carelessness of these apartments and yet NOTHING has been done to remedy this situation. We have done nothing but pay our overpriced rent on time every month and I do not feel it is too much to ask to live in a decent environment.

I live at Uptown Square too and must obviously live in the same building. This place has gone downhill over the past few months and nothing is being done to fix the problems. I feel like I'm living in a dorm now with the excessive noise and rudeness from the new tenants. If this is on your list of apartment considerations please save yourself the headache and remove it.
